What a Doll!

This Wednesday afternoon, January 30th, there will be a special treat in store for everyone at College Terrace Library. At 3:30pm, author and illustrator Christy Hale will give us a look at the different steps of illustrating, printing, and publishing a book. She'll also read her books to the audience and demonstrate how to make a rock doll. Each participate will get to make their very own rock doll to take home with them!

This is a program for all ages.

We hope to see you there!

But you did not provide any link to know more details. My children are very curious to know more about making "Rock Doll". Even I am curious to to learn tips from Auhor and illustrator Christy Hale about different steps of illustrating, printing and publishing. If you can publish the minutes of the meeting conducted by Author and Illustrator Christy Hale it would help many visitors of this blog.

Many thanks for reviewing about great books.

Regards :)

Thanks for your interest. Unfortunately we don't record our programs, so children who want to experience them need to attend the events. although this one has already happened, the Library offers a wide variety of programs for children of all ages. Just go to the website ( and click on "Kids" to find the listing of all of the programs.
