Poetry Friday: Motherbridge of Love

Today's Poetry Friday selection is a book called Motherbridge of Love. The text of this book is a poem that was anonymously written by an adoptive mother and donated to an organization called Mother Bridge of Love. This organization aims to reach out to Chinese children who have been adopted to other countries and help them create a bridge of understanding between their adoptive culture and China.

Motherbridge of Love features lovely illustrations by Josee Masse that depict the roles both birth mother and adoptive mother play in forming the life of the child.
