Ahoy maties!

All ye landlubbers- put on your best pirate gear and join us for some high-seas fun and adventure as we host a Pirate Party this Saturday, September 13th at 2pm at Children's Library. We'll sing, hear stories, and enjoy pirate-themed activities. (This program is for kids ages 4 and up.)

To prepare yourself for the festivities, ye might want to be checkin' out these here materials:

- Pegleg Tango, by Captain Bogg & Salty
This CD will take you on a musical adventure featuring pirates, sea monsters, and pieces of eight.

- Pirate Raider CD-Rom
In this fun Fisher-Price game, you'll battle enemy pirates, customize your pirate ship, and search for buried treasure.

- Pirate Pete's Talk Like a Pirate!, by Kim Kennedy
Pirate Pete is looking for a crew- and he has to make sure their pirate vocabulary is in tip-top shape!

And don't forget to celebrate "Talk Like a Pirate Day" on Friday, September 19th. Argghhh!!
