- Saturday, August 16th from 2:30-3:30pm at Children's Library: Paws to ReadBack by popular demand, this program allows new readers to spend some quality time sharing their favorite book with a dog! Pre-registration is required for this program- please call 329-2436 (choose the "Children's Reference" option) to register or for more information.
- Tuesday, August 19th at 11am at Downtown Library: Baby Storytime Come one, come all, and enjoy a fun lapsit time with your little one (ages 6-18 months). Share songs, rhymes, fingerplays, and good books. This date is the last in the Downtown Library Summer session- be looking for the fall session at Children's Library to begin on September 16th.
- Summer Reading Program prize collection at all library branches: Bring your child and his/her completed reading log to any library branch to claim a prize between now and August 26th (the first day of school for PAUSD). Your child will receive a certificate, a coupon for a free personal pizza from Round Table, a $5 Book Buck coupon to spend at the Friends of the Library booksale, and a free paperback to keep!
