Vacation Week #2

One down and one to go! By now, the kids celebrating Christmas and Hanukkah are winding down from all the excitement and others are enjoying a (hopefully) restful and wonderful vacation from their usual activities, like school! Since we have been lucky enough to get some significant rainfall, the mountains have been covered by heaps of powdered snow....a skier's dream! If you and your family are heading to a winter wonderland, be sure to take along some wonderful books to read aloud, next to a roaring fire, each evening. I've listed some old favorites and some newer ones too.
