Oprah has teamed up with the American Library Association to come up with some great reading lists for kids. There are actually five lists - for different ages - plus tips for parents on making reading fun for kids.This is a nice new resource - and you know the recommendations are great because they all came from librarians!

I'm always on the hunt for great children's books and have recently discovered Bayard and their series of StoryBoxBooks, AdventureBoxBooks and DiscoveryBoxBooks (which has a special focus on teeth!)
